We have 6 cats here at 27th Street. The Old Man is named Shadow and he really is my shadow. He sticks pretty close to me, especially at night. I recently broke my ankle and he decided sleeping on my bad leg was the best medicine. Some nights I would wake up thinking OMG I can’t move, what’s happened….only to realize that the Old Man was camped out on my cast.
